Refund policy

At Pastform Furniture, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order furniture. However, we understand that things don't always go as planned. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the courier), receives the goods.

You may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to the customer’s individual specifications or custom orders

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics

• Deliveries made outside the EU (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

4. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed with no extra charges for the customer).

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or receive proof of return, whichever comes first.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation and your preference.
